Arrive at Jaipur Airport, Meet & Greet your driver. Transfer to hotel. Jaipur - is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and that, in 1727, founded what is now called the Old City, or “Pink City” for its trademark building color. At the center of its stately street grid (notable in India) stands the opulent, colonnaded City Palace complex. With gardens, courtyards and museums, part of it is still a royal residence. After Breakfast, today we explore the City of Jaipur. We visit Amer Fort – known for its Mughal influenced artistic style. Later drive to Jantar Mantar – A UNESCO World Heritage site also an astronomical marvel, and City Palace – the royal residence, known for its architectural blend of Indian, Mughal, Rajput and European styles. The Albert Hall Museum, the oldest museum of the state. Also Visit Birla mandir - is a Hindu temple located in Jaipur, India and is one of many Birla mandirs. It was built by the B.M. Birla Foundation in 1988 and is constructed solely of white marble & Evening proceed to Chokhi Dhani ethnic Village (Entry fee at own cost) , Enjoy Rajasthani Cultural Programme, Enjoy Dinner & overnight stay in hotel.
After breakfast, Check out from hotel. Proceed to Jodhpur - the second largest city in Rajasthan is popularly known as the Blue City. The name is clearly befitting as most of the architecture – forts, palaces, temples, havelis and even houses are built in vivid shades of blue. On arrival check in to hotel & Rest Later Proceed to Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, visible from all parts of the city to its broad streets. This historic fort is one of the most famous in India and is packed with history and legends. Mehrangarh Fort still bears the imprints of cannonball attacks courtesy the armies of Jaipur on its second gate. Visit Ghanta Ghar, also known as the clock tower of Rajasthan, situated in one of the busiest areas of Jodhpur, the Sadar Bazaar. It was constructed by Shri Sardar Singh Ji of Jodhpur. Evening you can also stroll around Ghanta Ghar market. Back to the hotel. Enjoy Dinner & stay overnight at the hotel.
After Breakfast proceed to Local sightseeing of Jodhpur City - visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, is one of the world's largest private residences. Built by Maharaja Umaid Singh in 1929 to counter a famine which had hit the state at the time. Visit Toorji Ka Jhalra Bavdi - Popular for photos, this restored 18th-century stepwell features intricate sandstone carvings. Visit The Jaswant Thada - This milky white memorial built towards the end of the 19th century as a tribute to the leader Jaswant Singh is a huge tourist attraction. Later Proceed Towards the north of Jodhpur is the ancient capital of Marwar, Mandore. This area is of major historical importance and you will find the dewals or cenotaphs of Jodhpur’s former rulers. These are built along the lines of Hindu temples. Enjoy Dinner & stay overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur.
After Breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Jaisalmer – Popularly called as the Golden City because the yellow sandstone used throughout the architecture of both the fort and the town below, imbues both with a certain golden-yellow light. Enroute Visit Jaisalmer War Museum, known as JWM is a memorable establishment dedicated to the war heroes of our nation. It also has a dedicated prestigious wall for all Param Vir and Maha Vir Chakra holders. It is also segregated into an Audio Visual room, Indian Army Hall and the Laungewale Hall. A souvenir shop and cafe are yet another part of the Museum. Arrive at Jaisalmer - Visit Bada Bagh Temple, literally meaning big garden, features a series of royal cenotaphs or chhatris of Jaisalmer Maharajas. Later in the evening proceed to Laser Water Show at Gadisar Lake, which is one of the first and largest Laser Water Show having water screen projection. Show depicts the story of founders of Jaisalmer city, Jaisalmer fort, attacks of invaders on the fort & sacrifice of brave Rajput to save their land, glimpses of other tourist locations in Jaisalmer region. After Breakfast, Proceed for City Tour of Jaisalmer, Visit Jaisalmer Fort, Also known by the name Sonar Quila (Golden Fort) as it rises from the desert itself and seems to become one with the golden hues of the sand. The fort is constructed in the classic style of the royals by local craftsmen & it is a world heritage site Visit Patwon ki haveli, a cluster of five large havelis in Jaisalmer & actually the first and the largest haveli to be constructed in Jaisalmer. Visit Nathmal ki haveli - is located at the heart of the Jaisalmer city. It is famous for its architectural style which is a fusion of Rajput and Mughal designs. In the evening, you will be taken for an unparalleled desert experience in the desert - Sam sand dunes - where you enjoy the Sunset & Camel Ride / Cart Ride. Later back to the hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast transfer to the airport for the onward return flight.
