Day 1: - Coimbatore Ooty (3 hr 2 min || 85.6 km)

On arrival at Coimbatore Airport, meet & greet your driver. Drive towards
Ooty


Ooty (short for Udhagamandalam) is a resort town in the Western Ghats
mountains, in southern India's Tamil Nadu state. Founded as a British Raj
summer resort, it retains a working steam railway line. Other reminders of its
colonial past include Stone House, a 19th-century residence, and the circa-1829
St. Stephen’s Church. Its 55-acre Government Botanical Garden lies on the slopes
of Doddabetta Peak. On arrival check into the hotel. Evening free at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: - Ooty local sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for Ooty sightseeing. Visit

Garden

varieties of roses. It belongs to an elite club of 35 rose gardens around
the world which has won the Garden of Excellence Award for South Asia.

Peak
- It is the highest point of Nilgiris hills with a
height of about 2,623 meters. It is also the second highest peak in South India. Its breathtaking view of the

Day 3: - Ooty Coonoor Ooty

After breakfast, proceed to
Coonoor
- Located around 20 km from Ooty
Coonoor is one of the largest hill stations after Ooty. The population being
so less, it offers a peaceful and relaxing environment which other hill
stations don’t. Visit

Park
- Located at a height of 1780 meters, Sim’s
Park is a botanical garden which was established in 1874. It has more
than 1000 species of flora including Queensland Karry Pine, Rudraksha
(the bead tree) and Ornamental tree making it a place worth visiting. Visit

Rock
- Located on the way to
Dolphin’s Nose in Ooty, Lamb’s Rock is also called Echo Rock. A popular picnic spot, it offers an admirable view
of Coimbatore Plains and surrounding lush greenery. Visit

Day 4: - Ooty to Mysore (3 hr 16 min | 125.1 km)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive to Mysore.
Mysore, or Mysuru, is a cultural city in Karnataka, India, known
for its royal heritage, especially the Mysore Palace. It was the
capital of the Wodeyar dynasty and is famous for Dasara
celebrations, silk sarees, sandalwood, and yoga. Located at the
base of Chamundi Hills, it's a clean and historic tourist
destination. On arrival check into the hotel. Evening visit
Brindavan

Garden

Known for its beautiful, symmetrical design,
it features lush lawns, colorful flower beds, and musical fountain shows in the evening. Built in the 1930s, the
garden is especially popular for its illuminated fountains and boating facilities, making it a favorite spot for
families and couples visiting Mysore. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: - Mysore Local Sightseeings

After breakfast, proceed to visit the famous Chamundi Hills, the
temple dedicated to goddess Chamundi. Visit Mysore Maharajah's
Palace (Amba Vilas) It is the official residence and seat of the
Wodeyars, the rulers of Mysore. Visit Mysore Zoo. Back to the hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: - Mysore Bangalore (2h 33m | 142 km)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. En route, visit Tipu Sultan’s
Palace and then proceed to Bangalore Airport for your onward journey.

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
