Khanna Travels can provide visa guidance and facilitation, but the decision to approve, reject or delay a visa rests with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Travellers should also ensure that they meet the applicable entry, transit and documentation requirements for their destination.

Changes to Your Itinerary
Sometimes circumstances beyond anyone’s control require travel arrangements to change.
Flight schedules, hotel arrangements, sightseeing, transfers or other itinerary elements may be affected by factors such as:

Where a change occurs, Khanna Travels will assist with available alternatives wherever reasonably possible. Any additional costs or refunds will depend on the conditions of the relevant service provider and booking.
Airlines, Hotels & Other Travel Partners
Khanna Travels coordinates travel arrangements involving independent service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators and activity providers.
Each provider may have its own booking, cancellation, amendment and service conditions. Where applicable, your booking will also be subject to those supplier terms.

Travel Insurance
We recommend considering suitable travel insurance, particularly for international travel.
Depending on the policy selected, insurance may provide protection for certain eligible medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage-related incidents or other unforeseen situations.
Coverage, exclusions, limits and claims are governed by the terms of the insurance provider and the policy purchased.

Pricing & Additional Costs
Package prices are based on the inclusions stated in your quotation or itinerary.
Unless specifically mentioned as included, additional expenses such as personal purchases, optional activities, certain entrance fees, additional meals, insurance, visa charges or other services may be payable separately.
Any taxes or statutory charges applicable to a booking will be handled according to the requirements applicable at the time of booking or travel.
