Day 1: - Arrival In Masai Mara

• Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi • Meeting: Warm welcome by our representative outside the arrivals area • Drive to Masai Mara: Scenic Road journey through the Great Rift Valley, with optional brief stops for photos • Arrive at hotel in time for lunch and check-in • Afternoon Game Drive: Explore the rich wildlife of Masai Mara, home to the Big Five and many more species Overnight stay in Masai Mara Meal Plan: Full Board – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included

Day 2: - Morning & Afternoon Game Drive

• Breakfast • Morning Game Drive: Set out at sunrise for a thrilling wildlife safari across the plains of the Masai Mara, known for its abundant wildlife including lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more. • Lunch served at the camp, followed by some rest or optional activities. • Afternoon Game Drive: Another opportunity to spot different animals and witness the beauty of the reserve during golden hour. • Return to the camp as the sun sets. Day 4: - Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru by road + Afternoon Game Drive

• Start your day with a relaxed breakfast at the lodge. • After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru by road, enjoying scenic views along the way. • Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and take some time to refresh. • In the afternoon, head out for an exciting game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos, rhinos, and diverse wildlife. • Later, return to the lodge to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Day 5: - Morning & Afternoon Game Drive

• Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the lodge. • Set out for a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, where you can spot rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. • Return to the lodge for lunch and some leisure time. • Later, embark on an afternoon game drive, exploring different areas of the park for more wildlife sightings. • Spend the evening relaxing at the lodge, surrounded by nature. Overnight stay in Lake Nakuru Meal Plan: Full Board – Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 6: - Lake Nakuru to Mombasa

After enjoying a leisurely breakfast, you will drive to Nairobi and proceed to Wilson Airport for your flight to Mombasa. Upon arrival at Mombasa Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy at your own pace. Overnight stay in Mombasa Meal Plan: Half Board - Dinner, Bed and Breakfast.

Day 8: - Departure

• Breakfast at leisure • Transfer to Mombasa airport for your flight to Wilson • Upon arrival at Wilson airport, transfer to JKIA for your departure flight back home Meal Plan: Bed and Breakfast

• Pack light & smart – Carry one small or medium four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes moving around much easier and avoids unnecessary inconvenience.
• Keep a handy bag – A cross-body bag or haversack is perfect for sightseeing, keeping essentials handy, and capturing those perfect travel moments.
• Stay comfortable – Don’t forget a cap/hat and sunglasses to keep you relaxed while exploring.
• Snacks on the go – While we provide all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as per the itinerary, you may carry small sealed dry snacks for flights or road journeys.
• Be weather-ready – If traveling during monsoon or to rainy destinations, pack a small umbrella or poncho.
• Stay connected – For international tours, always carry a universal adapter for charging your devices.
• Dress right – Choose clothing and footwear suited to the climate and culture of your destination.
• Currency & Payments- Carry local currency or an international forex/prepaid travel card for ease of transactions. Credit/Debit cards are widely accepted in most destinations, but it is advisable to keep some cash for small purchases.

• Health & Safety – Carry essential medicines and a small first-aid kit. Keep a copy of your prescriptions if you are on regular medication. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and peace of mind.

Policy-Terms & Cancellation

The final package amount will be confirmed only at the time of hotel blocking and/or when passports are submitted for processing.

• Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, additional amount must be paid at the time of booking.
• Tour dates are subject to change depending on the availability of airline seats, hotels, and sightseeing slots. Last-minute tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Khanna Travels will not be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline.
• For SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours, guests must adhere to the reporting time to ensure smooth flow of the itinerary.
• Any changes in the itinerary (before or during the tour) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance and will remain subject to availability.
• GST details must be provided at the time of booking/issuance. Requests shared later cannot be entertained.
• Appropriate and complete visa documents should be shared in time to avoid rejection or delay. Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Khanna Travels will not be held responsible for rejection or delays.
