Day 1: - Arrival in Cairo + Day Free for Lesiure

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our local representative who will assist the group with immigration and customs formalities. After clearing all procedures, you will be transferred by a deluxe air-conditioned coach to your hotel in Cairo for check-in. The rest of the day will be free at leisure to rest and recover from your journey or to explore the city at your own pace. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo

Day 2: - Cairo – Pyramids, Museum & Bazaar Tour

After breakfast at 8:00 a.m., enjoy a full-day guided tour of Cairo’s most iconic landmarks. Begin with a visit to the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and their guardian, the famous Sphinx. Learn about ancient Egyptian craftsmanship during visits to a papyrus institute, a cotton shop, and a perfume factory. In the afternoon, continue to the Egyptian Museum, home to an extraordinary collection of artifacts including the treasures of King Tutankhamun. Later, stroll through the bustling lanes of Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s oldest and most vibrant market, where you can shop for souvenirs, spices, and traditional handicrafts. The tour concludes around 4:00 p.m., after which you will return to your hotel. Overnight stay in Cairo

Day 3: - Cairo – Citadel & Old Cairo Tour

After breakfast at 8:00 a.m., embark on another full-day excursion exploring the historical and religious landmarks of Cairo. Begin with the impressive Salah El Din Citadel, a medieval Islamic fortress that offers stunning views over the city. Continue your tour to Old Cairo, where you will explore the area’s ancient religious sites, The day’s tour ends around 4:00 p.m., after which you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: - Cairo to Dubai + Day Free for lesiure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Dubai. Upon arrival at Dubai International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you with arrival formalities and transfer you to your hotel in Dubai for check-in. The remainder of the day is free for leisure—relax at your hotel, explore nearby attractions, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Dubai at your own pace. Overnight stay at your hotel in Dubai.

Day 5: - Day Free for Lesiure in Dubai on Own

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Today is completely free for leisure and independent activities. You may choose to explore Dubai on your own — visit the city’s magnificent malls, relax on the beach, or experience the cultural charm of the souks and heritage areas. Optional tours such as a Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise, or a City Tour can also be arranged at an additional cost. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay at your hotel in Dubai

Day 6: - Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Dubai International Airport for your return flight. Depart with unforgettable memories of your journey through the timeless wonders of Egypt and the vibrant charm of Dubai.

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Policy-Terms & Cancellation

The final package amount will be confirmed only at the time of hotel blocking and/or when passports are submitted for processing.

Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, additional amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Tour dates are subject to change depending on the availability of airline seats, hotels, and sightseeing slots. Last-minute tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Khanna Travels will not be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline.
For SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours, guests must adhere to the reporting time to ensure smooth flow of the itinerary.
Any changes in the itinerary (before or during the tour) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance and will remain subject to availability.
GST details must be provided at the time of booking/issuance. Requests shared later cannot be entertained.
Appropriate and complete visa documents should be shared in time to avoid rejection or delay. Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Khanna Travels will not be held responsible for rejection or delays.
If travel insurance is included in your package, all claims are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company.
