Itinerary

Day 1: - Arrival at Cairo

Arrive at Cairo International Airport, where our friendly representative will assist you through immigration and customs. Enjoy a comfortable transfer by deluxe coach to your hotel in Cairo for check-in. Relax and unwind after your journey. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2: - Cairo: Pyramids & City Highlights

Start your day at 8:00 AM with a full-day tour of Cairo’s iconic landmarks. Explore the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, then visit a papyrus fair, perfume factory, and cotton shop for unique local experiences. Continue to the Egyptian Museum to marvel at ancient artifacts, and finish your day at the bustling Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Tour concludes around 4:00 PM. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 3: - Aswan & Nile Cruise

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Domestic Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, meet your Travco representative and visit the Philae Temple, the High Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk. After sightseeing, transfer to your Nile Cruise for check-in and relaxation. Overnight stay in Aswan / on the Nile Cruise.

Day 4: - Nile Cruise: Abu Simbel & Kom Ombo

Start early with a breakfast box and transfer at 4:00 AM by air-conditioned vehicle to Abu Simbel. Explore the magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel, a true marvel of ancient Egypt. Around 1:00 PM, return to the Nile Cruise and sail to Kom Ombo, visiting the unique Kom Ombo Temple along the way. Continue sailing to Edfu for overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 5: - Nile Cruise: Edfu to Luxor

After breakfast, visit the Edfu Temple, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. Continue your scenic Nile Cruise journey as you sail to Luxor. Enjoy the relaxing views along the river and overnight stay on the cruise in Luxor.

Day 6: - Luxor: Temples & Return to Cairo

After breakfast, check out from the Nile Cruise and explore the wonders of Luxor. Visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Continue to the impressive Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. In the evening, transfer to Luxor Domestic Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel for overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 7: - Cairo: Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your onward flight. Bid farewell to Egypt with memories of its timeless wonders and unforgettable experiences.

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Policy-Terms & Cancellation

• The final package amount will be confirmed only at the time of hotel blocking and/or when passports are submitted for processing.
• Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, additional amount must be paid at the time of booking.
• Tour dates are subject to change depending on the availability of airline seats, hotels, and sightseeing slots. Last-minute tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Khanna Travels will not be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline.
• For SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours, guests must adhere to the reporting time to ensure smooth flow of the itinerary.
• Any changes in the itinerary (before or during the tour) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance and will remain subject to availability.
• GST details must be provided at the time of booking/issuance. Requests shared later cannot be entertained.
• Appropriate and complete visa documents should be shared in time to avoid rejection or delay. Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Khanna Travels will not be held responsible for rejection or delays.
• If travel insurance is included in your package, all claims are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company.
