Day 1: - Arrival in Tokyo + Day Free at leisure

Today you are off on your exciting Tour with Khanna Travels, As you board your flight to Tokyo. On arrival you will be transfer to Hotel. Tokyo is a bustling, vibrant metropolis that seamlessly blends the ultra-modern with the traditional. Day 2: - Tokyo to Kyoto by bullet Train + Leisure

This morning, after breakfast board the iconic Shinkansen (bullet train) for a swift and scenic journey from Tokyo to Kyoto, Japan’s cultural heart. Upon arrival, the rest of the day is free for you to explore at your own pace — stroll through historic temples, visit traditional tea houses, or simply relax and soak in the charm of this ancient city. Day 3: - Kyoto & nara Day tour from Kyoto

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and embark on a full-day excursion to explore the cultural highlights of Kyoto and Nara. Begin with a visit to the Kyoto Imperial Palace, known for its elegant gardens and traditional architecture, followed by the iconic Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), shimmering beautifully beside its surrounding pond. Continue to the tranquil Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, where towering bamboo creates a serene atmosphere. Later, proceed to Nara to visit the magnificent Todai-ji Temple, home to the famous Great Buddha statue, and conclude the day with a leisurely walk through Nara Park, interacting with the friendly sacred deer amidst scenic surroundings. Day 4: - 01 night Fuji view hotel Stay

After breakfast, check out from your Kyoto hotel and proceed to Kyoto Station for your onward journey. On arrival, check in at your, beautifully located amidst serene natural surroundings and offering stunning views of Mount Fuji (subject to weather conditions). The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the Fuji area. You may enjoy a gentle walk around the property, capture memorable photographs of Mt. Fuji, or unwind with the hotel’s in-house facilities. In the evening, experience the calm and charm of this iconic region, far away from the city rush. Overnight stay at Fuji View Hotel, Mt. Fuji Area.

Day 5: - Mt. Fuji to tokyo hotel enroute visit to mt Fuji with cruise & cable car

After breakfast, check out from your Mt. Fuji onsen hotel and proceed towards Tokyo. En route, enjoy a scenic visit to the Mt. Fuji region, including a relaxing and a cable car ride offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. After the sightseeing, continue the journey to Tokyo and check in at your hotel. Day 6: - City tour with sky tree & team lab & shibuya skywalk

Enjoy a full-day Tokyo city highlights tour covering iconic attractions and key districts. Visit Meiji Shrine, explore Asakusa with Nakamise Street and Kaminari-mon Gate, and enjoy panoramic views from Tokyo Skytree. Experience the immersive digital art at teamLab Tokyo, followed by stunning skyline views from Shibuya Sky. Return to the hotel OVERNIGHT STAY AT TOKYO

Day 7: - Departure from Tokyo

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Policy-Terms & Cancellation

The final package amount will be confirmed only at the time of hotel blocking and/or when passports are submitted for processing.
Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, additional amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Tour dates are subject to change depending on the availability of airline seats, hotels, and sightseeing slots. Last-minute tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Khanna Travels will not be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline.
For SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours, guests must adhere to the reporting time to ensure smooth flow of the itinerary.
Any changes in the itinerary (before or during the tour) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance and will remain subject to availability.
GST details must be provided at the time of booking/issuance. Requests shared later cannot be entertained.
Appropriate and complete visa documents should be shared in time to avoid rejection or delay. Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Khanna Travels will not be held responsible for rejection or delays.
If travel insurance is included in your package, all claims are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company.
