Day 1: - Arrive in Tokyo

Today you are off on your exciting Tour with Khanna Travels, As you board your flight to Tokyo. On arrival you will be transfer to Hotel. Tokyo is a bustling, vibrant metropolis that seamlessly blends the ultra-modern with the traditional. As Japan's capital and one of the largest cities in the world, it is a global hub for culture, technology, fashion, and business. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 2: - Tokyo Full Day sightseeing

Today, after breakfast, meet at the hotel lobby and proceed to embark on a full-day Tokyo sightseeing tour to explore the Imperial Palace and its beautiful Eastern Gardens, a peaceful 210,000 m² park in central Tokyo with Japanese gardens, historic stone walls, and wide lawns. Asakusa District where you will see Sensoji temple Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple in Asakusa .And then it is time to explore Asakusa. One of the most famous sightseeing spots in Tokyo shop along Nakamise street, and see the iconic Kaminari-mon Gate, Continue to the Tokyo Skytree for skip-the-line access to the 350m Tembo Deck,In Evening transfer to Shibuya, enjoy time at Shibuya Crossing, Click a picture with the Hachiko Statue, the famous bronze monument, and enjoy some free time. Overnight stay at the hotel in Tokyo.

Day 3: - Tokyo Full-Day Tour with Meiji Shrine, Harajuku, Ginza, teamLab, and Odaiba Sunset

Today after breakfast, procced to visit Meiji Shrine,a major Shinto shrine in Shibuya set within a peaceful forest of over 100,000 trees, offering a serene escape in the heart of Tokyo. followed by a walk along Takeshita Street (Harajuku). Continue to Shinjuku I-Land Tower and Ginza. Visit TeamLab Planets, located in Odaiba, an immersive digital art museum featuring interactive, technology-driven exhibits that blend art and nature. Enjoy a sunset at Odaiba. Return to the hotel** stay at the hotel in Tokyo.

Day 4: - Tokyo → Mt. Fuji (Hakone) → Osaka

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to the Mt. Fuji area. Arrive at Mt. Fuji 5th Station (subject to weather conditions). In case the road to Mt. Fuji is closed, an alternate tour will be offered to Oshino Hakkai (UNESCO World Heritage) (1h)- Oshino Hakkai is named after its eight crystal-clear springs, all fed by Mount Fuji’s pure snow or Oishi Park . Oishi Park is a palette of nature's changing seasons, offering ever-changing beauty cherry blossoms in spring, lavender in summer, red leaves and kochia in autumn, or snow scenes and reeds in winter. with Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi is the most accessible of the Fuji Five Lakes, offering iconic,, postcard-perfect views of Mount Fuji, particularly from its northern shores .Later, enjoy a scenic drive to Hakone, a renowned hot spring resort town in the Fuji region. Visit Owakudani and enjoy a Lake Ashi cruise. In the evening, transfer to Odawara Station to board the bullet train to Osaka. Upon arrival at Osaka Station, transfer by private car to the hotel. Check in and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Osaka.

Day 5: - Osaka → Kyoto → Osaka

after breakfast, depart from Osaka for a full-day private car tour of Kyoto. Begin with a visit to Arashiyama Bamboo Grove in the morning, exploring in Kyoto is a famous, serene 500-meter path lined with towering bamboo, creating a peaceful green tunnel where the rustling stalks are a celebrated part of Japan’s soundscape. Next, head to Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) to admire its iconic golden reflection in the surrounding pond and stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens. Later procced toward the Higashiyama area before visiting Temple, followed by a leisurely walk through the charming streets of Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, perfect for souvenirs and local treats. In the late afternoon, proceed to Fushimi Inari Taisha to walk through the famous torii gates, experiencing the shrine in the softer evening light. After the sightseeing, return to Osaka for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: - Osaka → Nara → Osaka

After breakfast, depart from Osaka for a day trip to Nara with a private car. Begin by visiting Todaiji Temple,The Great Buddha statue designated as a national treasure, and the world's largest wooden structure. explore the surrounding Nara Deer Park, Nara known for over 1,200 freely roaming sacred Sika deer before continuing to Dotonbori, the vibrant entertainment and street food district. In the evening, transfer back to the hotel in Osaka. The full day is comfortably managed with a private car for 10 hours, ensuring a smooth and relaxed sightseeing experience. In the evening, return to Hiroshima Station for the bullet train back to Osaka. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay at Osaka.

Day 7: - Osaka → Hiroshima → Osaka

After breakfast, transfer to Shin-Osaka Station for the bullet train to Hiroshima. Upon arrival, a private car will take you for a tour of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, the Peace Memorial Museum, and the Atomic Bomb Dome. The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. The park, dedicated to the victims of the atomic bombing, includes the Cenotaph for the A-bomb Victims and the Children's Peace Monument, commemorating Sadako Sasaki, a girl who died from radiation-induced leukemia. Later in Evening transfer to Hiroshima station for bullet train to Osaka. Upon arrival at Osaka, transfer to hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 8: - Departure from Osaka

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, complete check-out, and at the appropriate time, transfer to Kansai or Itami Airport for your onward flight. Wishing you a safe journey and lasting memories from your travels.

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Policy-Terms & Cancellation

• The final package amount will be confirmed only at the time of hotel blocking and/or when passports are submitted for processing.
• Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, additional amount must be paid at the time of booking.
• Tour dates are subject to change depending on the availability of airline seats, hotels, and sightseeing slots. Last-minute tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Khanna Travels will not be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline.
• For SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours, guests must adhere to the reporting time to ensure smooth flow of the itinerary.
• Any changes in the itinerary (before or during the tour) must be informed at least 24 hours in advance and will remain subject to availability.
• GST details must be provided at the time of booking/issuance. Requests shared later cannot be entertained.
• Appropriate and complete visa documents should be shared in time to avoid rejection or delay. Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the consulate. Khanna Travels will not be held responsible for rejection or delays.
• If travel insurance is included in your package, all claims are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company.
