Itinerary

Day 1: - Arrival in Mauritius

Upon your arrival at SSR International Airport, you will be greeted by a local
representative and transferred to your hotel via a private vehicle. After check-in, take
some time to relax and soak in the serene surroundings of the island. The rest of the
day is at your leisure to explore the hotel facilities or simply unwind. Dinner will be
served at the hotel. OVERNIGHT STAY AT MAURITIUS

Day 2: - Visit to National Botanical Garden (South)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up in a private vehicle for a
visit to the famous Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden, located in the
southern part of the island. This iconic garden is known for its collection ofindigenous and exotic plants, including giant water lilies and towering palms. It's a
peaceful place perfect for nature lovers and children aged 5 and above. After
exploring the gardens, you will be driven back to your hotel. Dinner will be served at

Day 3: - Visit to L’Aventure du Sucre Museum (North)

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a private transfer to the
northern region of Mauritius to visit L’Aventure du Sucre, a beautifully restored sugar
factory turned museum. The visit offers an insightful journey into the island’s
sugarcane history and its role in shaping Mauritian culture and economy. The
museum features interactive displays and sugar tastings, making it engaging for both
adults and children aged 6 to 11. After the tour, you’ll return to the hotel by private
vehicle. Enjoy your dinner and relax OVERNIGHT STAY AT MAURITIUS

Day 4: - Leisure Day

Today is free for you to enjoy at your own pace. After breakfast, spend the day
relaxing at the hotel or take advantage of the beautiful beaches, spa treatments, or
optional activities like water sports or local shopping (at your own cost). This is the
perfect opportunity to unwind and absorb the tranquil beauty of Mauritius. Dinner
will be served at the hotel. OVERNIGHT STAY AT MAURITIUS

Day 5: - Departure

Enjoy your last breakfast in Mauritius before checking out of the hotel. A private
transfer will be arranged to take you to the airport for your return flight. Depart withunforgettable memories of your island getaway

Advanced Preparation

As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Policy-Terms & Cancellation

The final package amount will be confirmed only at the time of hotel blocking and/or
when passports are submitted for processing.
Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 noon. Early check-in or
late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve additional
charges. For guaranteed early check-in, additional amount must be paid at the time
of booking.
Tour dates are subject to change depending on the availability of airline seats, hotels,
and sightseeing slots. Last-minute tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to
weather conditions, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Airline schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Khanna Travels will not
be responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations made by the airline.
For SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tours, guests must adhere to the reporting time to ensure
smooth flow of the itinerary.
Any changes in the itinerary (before or during the tour) must be informed at least 24
hours in advance and will remain subject to availability.
GST details must be provided at the time of booking/issuance. Requests shared later
cannot be entertained.
Appropriate and complete visa documents should be shared in time to avoid
rejection or delay. Visa approval/rejection is at the sole discretion of the consulate.
Khanna Travels will not be held responsible for rejection or delays.
If travel insurance is included in your package, all claims are strictly subject to the
terms and conditions of the respective insurance company.
